Need to give customers faster access to your courses and events and allow easy membership applications? Corsair ChamberTrack and Corsair IBIS may be integrated with our online membership application and course/event booking system. Clients are also able to amend their company profile. These benefits can be made available to both member and non member clients, depending on requirements.

 

Courses and Events are upon request automatically posted online, for clients to search , link to and ultimately book.  Pricing can be set at member and non member rates – and the client charged accordingly, alternatively special rates like “table for ten” can be applied. The system controls availability ,  only selling the current available places.  Payment can be taken and invoiced online – the details of the booking and payment are passed back to ChamberTrack and the invoice details electronically passed to the accounts system as usual.  Any necessary confirmations are sent. Hard copy invoicing is also enabled.

 

Membership Applications

Membership application can be taken online – any number of different membership classifications and band levels within these classifications can be made available online. Payment can be taken and invoiced online and all data sent back locally to ChamberTrack and integrated with accounting systems. Any necessary confirmations are sent. Hard copy invoicing is also enabled.

Company Profiles

Once a client company is able to request edit their details upon registration with the site. They can add and remove contact names, the company and contact person details including their area of responsibilities. Companies can edit SIC code and directory listings and interests. This can be made available to both member and non member clients. All client edits must be approved before becoming definitive.
